We are a group of specialist family mediators offering high quality, professional mediation in the West Midlands, with offices in Birmingham City Centre. Our mediators are fully accredited by the Family Mediation Council, including accreditation to offer mediation information and assessment meetings (MIAMs). Our highly experienced mediators are able to offer a full range of family
mediation services:

Child Mediation, including child consultation meetings
Financial Mediation, including resolution of complex financial matters, family businesses and wills
Online Mediation using video conferencing, for instance where one or both of you is unable to meet the mediator in person

Before starting mediation we will book you a mediation information and assessment meeting (MIAM) so that the mediator can find out more about the current situation and to discuss how mediation works and how it may help. We will also use this time to check out any safety
or other concerns you may have. You can come to this meeting either together or on your own, however once you start mediation we would expect to see you both together. Mediation information and assessment meetings generally last about 45 minutes if you come on
your own and 60-90 minutes if you come together. Mediation appointments generally last 60-90 minutes. Please be aware that there are costs associated with using the service (see website for details).
