Service Description:The centre provides:
A quiet calm place to come to if you are experiencing anxiety or stress in your life and you would like help in dealing with it. Anxiety and stress result from many life issues and we offer a place for everyone to share their feelings confidentially to find a way forward.
Support over relationship issues. For those separated or divorced we run group seminars/support groups to help them face the future on their own.
A safe place for women who face pregnancy issues including unintended pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth or have had an abortion. It is a place for them to work through their feelings and start a journey of recovery.
