Childline is free, confidential and available 24 hours a day, every day of the week. A young person can talk to a counsellor online, in 1-2-1 chat and via Childline email, and for free on 0800 1111.

Chat and email work from an account that is set up on the Childline website. The Childline website is also available 24 hours, with lots of useful information and advice, interactive resources and peer support from message boards.
