We are running a Short Breaks programme for SEND young people aged 16 to 19 year olds.

This project will run alongside our Short Breaks offer that will provide 2 youth-led outings and trips per month providing opportunities for Young People with SEND to mix.

Each trip will last approximately 3.5 hours. The trips will provide the opportunity for Young People with SEND to be able to access and experience outings, events and activities.
