Service Description:
The overall aim of Solihull Mind is to promote the interests of and provide support to people with mental health problems.

We provide a variety of services to those who live in the Solihull borough. Our services cover three main areas:

• practical help… e.g. information and advice, support around housing, benefits, debt and accessing services

• support… e.g. counselling and support groups on particular areas of mental health

• social/leisure services… which includes our drop-in services and other activities such as art and sport. We also have a horticulture/conservation project in Knowle


Coronavirus / Covid-19… Due to the ongoing crisis we are temporarily suspending all our face to face services but will provide support and information on the telephone and by email. Available from…9.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) and 12.30pm to 5.30pm (Saturday and Sunday).


Out of hours crisis support

Our out of hours crisis service is here to provide help and support to people who are feeling low, lonely or worried that their mental health may be reaching a crisis point.

Our out of hours crisis support service will be provided by telephone on 07904 323039 and is now available seven days a week from 6pm to 11pm. Please see website for further details.
