Service Description:We are running a Short Breaks programme for SEND young people aged 16 to 19 year olds.
This project will run alongside our Short Breaks offer that will provide 2 monthly trips out opportunities for Young People with SEND to mix. Each trip lasting
approximately 3.5 hours. The trips will provide the opportunity for Young People with SEND to be able to
access and experience outings, events and activities.
PLEASE NOTE: This activity is subsidised by Solihull Council through the "Short Breaks Grants Programme"
