HypnoBirthing is an antenatal birth preparation programme, that has taken the approach of supporting women to have a safer, easier, comfortable and sometimes pain free birth. It uses techniques such as visualisation, breathing, relaxation, affirmations and self-hypnosis to enable you to birth comfortably. Throughout my sessions I use a range of activities to help you explore and prepare for a positive birth experience. The course I offer is one to one in your own home.

I can also offer you a Post Dates Aromatherapy Massage – this 20 minute massage of your back or feet can help you to relax and the wonderful aroma oils may help to stimulate natural labour to start. This massage is in the comfort of your own home.
